Living Life Authentic

“If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him… We need not wait to see what others do.” – Gandhi

Authentic is defined as “relating to or denoting an emotionally appropriate, significant, purposive, and responsible mode of human life.” I look around, observing the wonderful people around me, and see a lot of rushing, a lot of distraction, a lot of overwhelm and quite often a lack of genuine happiness. That kind of deep down happiness that makes you smile for no reason and appreciate the many simple, small things in life. You can ride out the highs and lows of each day because you feel grounded, centered and at peace with the ever changing world around you.

Here at Just Teri,  my approach is holistic and I’ll discuss values and beliefs and how they directly affect our actions and all parts of our life.  I’ll explore tools that nurture harmony both personally and professionally and how to bring awareness to even the simplest of choices. We choose to create a happy and abundant life. We choose to live a peaceful life. We choose to live an authentic life.
