Brene Brown: Researcher & Storyteller

Read absolutely anything you can get your hands on by this amazing woman.  Here is a link to an excerpt of her book on Oprah.com.  You will see “Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. I absolutely love, love, love this book.  It’s a half day’s reading.  So simple yet so profound.  Write down these 4 agreements and put them somewhere you can see everyday.  Read them daily, twice daily if you’re ambitious to witness the change.  If you practice these agreements, whenever possible, you will begin to do them effortlessly and consistently.  And you will love it!
