Kindness feels like…

a warm hug that instantly comforts you that you’re not alone

a soft and reassuring pat on the back that says, “It’s going to be alright”

encouragement to be true to your heart and stay your course

an affirmation that because you’re doing your best, life can get better

someone cares how you feel

you are special and precious because there is no one else like you

you matter in this great, big world

❤ LOVE ❤

An infant instantly recognizes and responds to kindness. As a child we willingly, freely give it because it delights us. Somewhere in time it can be lost, repressed, rebuked, or shredded. Perhaps it’s been denied or unreciprocated in your life. Does it seem to have abandoned you? Evaporated like a ghost with only memoires of it’s existence to haunt you? It takes only a tiny shred of belief in your heart of the possibility that one small act of kindness can set off a series of events falling like dominoes in unimaginable and spectacular ways when you are intentional and welcome it into your life.

A warm smile is the universal language of kindness

William Arthur Ward

Indeed, kindness has miraculous powers, and the amazing thing is, it feels just as good to give as to get. Be active and share it. Be open and humble to receive it. Kindness is an inherent human attribute that when embraced and consistently practiced can begin to heal and strengthen everything it touches.  Kindness feels so very good. Spread it around. ❤

Keep it Simple,

Just Teri
