One Tiny Act

Every day I commit to living my best life and part of this is my commitment to perform one tiny act of love and kindness to everyone who intersects my path. Every, single, person! And it can be done in very simple ways:

Looking at someone and really seeing them

A small smile

A helpful gesture

Encouragement

Showing gratitude and appreciation of their help

A hug

My complete attention, compassion or support

These tiny acts have no monetary value yet build authentic wealth in me. My hope is to connect on a basic human level and lift their spirit with love. To say we’re together in the pain and struggles of our imperfect yet wonderful human journey and goodness remains when we look for it and more so, when we share it.

Are there tiny ways that you let others know they’re not alone? That we’re all trying our best and that’s all we can do? To continue to show up every day and do our best because that attracts and makes space for the miracle of growth and improvement in our self and the world, and tiny acts of love and kindness are a great place to start.
